What to do?

The world around the Christensen's has been crazy. First Hawaii, then Dan's job, our home. Of course my bank Washington Mutual would go bankrupt, now walmart's 4o1k is going bankrupt! They keep saying we wont see any changes, but how can that be? So the real question I'm pondering.... If we are going into another depression shouldn't I be keeping my job? I feel like quiting. Over a year is really good! (for me:) I'm just discouraged with it ALL. Any advice? I know I have to figure it out on my own, I'm hoping typing it out and venting will help! :) I miss you guys

I miss you too Tara..The economy is very rocky right now, I think you should definitely keep your job, who knows, they way things are going, I might be having to get a job soon. Just stick it out if you can. Let Brookie watch a movie while you nap on the couch, to catch up on your sleep on the days you work.

That's just my two cents worth. You do need to make your own decision, though. I luv ya & am thinking about you.

I miss you girl! They say supposedly things we be worse in 2009 I don't know how that is possible but I guess anything is possible. Just pray about it and do what is best for you and your family! You also can't get the years back when our kids are young so I say just do what is in your heart and your prayers!!
Love Ya and Miss Ya!!

i tossed and turned for weeks on quitting my job. it all seemed to work out better than expected. however,i would hold on to your job for just a bit longer. save up as much as possible. pay towards debts that you owe with the little that you have. put your money towards food storage if anything. just hang in there and have nothing but faith that everything will work out the way it is suppose to be. it's the lords will to always take care of you. never forget that. hard work ALWAYS pays off. miss ya!

I agree with the consensus. I would definitely keep your job. Just save the money. Who knows what's in store for all of us and the economy. All we can do is pray, fast and hope for the best. I miss you too and wish you could have stayed.

Thank goodness for our knowledge of why we are here, and where we are going!!!! I have found in my years here on earth that Heavenly Father truly is in charge of our lives and if we continue to have the same promptings, we need to listen very carefully to them, and then act upon those promptings.
Remember that we are not looking solely for happiness, but instead we need to be searching for a "PEACE OF MIND". This can only be achieved through Truth and the Light of Christ.
So, my advise would be to follow the promptings that give you this peace-of-mind....then go with it!!!! Lov MOM
