We had a "NOON" Years Party for the kids. It's perfect the kids get to celebrate and then the adults go out at night! The kids were fun, a little loud, next time I will hand the horns out 5 minutes before noon, not right when they come, but definately worth it to be with them and ring in the new year!

what a great idea! should have thought about that before i made the kids stay up all night. but at least we got to sleep in until 10! nice!!!!!!
